1/4 | teaspoon | salt | |

1 | tablespoon | baking powder | |

1 | teaspoon | cinnamon | |
|
|||
1/2 | teaspoon | nutmeg | |

3 | cups | Kellogg's Raisin Bran cereal | |
|
|||
1 | cup | unsweetened applesauce | |
|
|||
1/2 | cup | thawed, apple juice concentrate | |
|
|||
1 | egg | ||
|
|||
1/3 | cup | vegetable oil | |
|
1. Stir together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and spices; set aside.
2. In large mixing bowl, combine Kellogg's Raisin Bran cereal, applesauce and apple juice concentrate. Let stand 4 minutes or until cereal softens.
3. Add egg and oil to cereal mixture; beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into 12 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups.
4. Bake in 400 F. oven about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
