Additional Information:
1. Sherm's requires a drug screen as a condition of employment. You will be asked to take a test at a local medical facility. If your test is positive for controlled substances or "dilute", which means the testing facility received a bad sample, you will not be eligible for hire. Sherm's will pay for the cost of such tests.
2. To insure that individuals who are employed by Sherm's are well-qualified and have strong potential to be productive and successful, it is the policy of Sherm's to check the employment references of all applicants.
